Our team of highly skilled clinicians is committed to delivering evidence-based techniques and therapeutic approaches, thoughtfully tailored to address a wide array of mental health challenges.

We believe in the power of creativity and connection in the healing process. Many of our sessions incorporate nature and interactions with horses, providing unique opportunities for learning, self-exploration, and achieving therapeutic goals. These experiences encourage mindfulness, emotional regulation, and personal growth in a calming, natural setting.

Whether you’re seeking support for yourself or a loved one, we provide personalized care in a compassionate and nurturing environment to foster healing, resilience, and lasting well-being.

Clinical Psychologists

Specialise in the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of psychological disorders and emotional difficulties.

They offer evidence-based interventions to help individuals manage issues like anxiety, depression, trauma, eating dis-orders and other complex mental health issues. Clinical psychologists work with clients across all age groups, supporting them in improving their mental well-being and coping strategies, often collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Qualifications:
All of our Clinical Psychologists hold either a Master’s or Doctorate in Clinical Psychology and registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and are full members of the Australian Psychological Society (APS).

Counselling and Psychotherapy

Provides a safe, compassionate, and supportive space for people of all ages to explore life’s challenges, strengthen relationships, and develop healthier coping strategies.

While counsellors offer similar therapeutic support to psychologists, they do not provide formal mental health assessments, diagnoses, or treatment for severe mental health conditions. Through personalised therapy, we empower individuals to build resilience, enhance self-awareness, and improve overall well-being.

All of our Counsellors hold a Diploma, Bachelor’s or Master’s in Counselling or Psychology, and registration with the Australian Counselling Association (ACA) or the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia (PACFA).

Mental Health Social Workers

Provide support to individuals experiencing mental health issues, helping them navigate social, emotional, and psychological challenges.

They offer personalised counselling, advocacy, and case management, focusing on empowering clients to improve their mental well-being and access necessary services. Mental health social workers often collaborate with healthcare providers and community resources to create personalised care plans, assist with crisis intervention, and provide ongoing support for conditions such as depression, anxiety, and trauma, while addressing the social factors that affect mental health.

Qualifications:
All of our Mental Health Social Workers hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Social Work with additional mental health training and accreditation by the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW).

Nature-Based & Equine-Assisted Interventions

Immerse yourself in the healing power of nature with our nature-based and equine-assisted therapy sessions.

By integrating outdoor settings and working with horses, this experiential therapy approach helps clients build confidence, self-awareness, and empathy in a safe, supportive environment. Set in the tranquil beauty of the Blue Mountains, our therapy sessions are enriched by a team of miniature horses that play a key role in facilitating emotional growth and self-discovery. These gentle animals offer unique opportunities for clients, especially young people, to deepen their understanding of themselves and others, fostering healthy relationships and emotional well-being.

Our clinicians have additional training in equine-assisted practices, ensuring that every session is guided by evidence-based interventions tailored to each individual. Combining the therapeutic benefits of nature with the calming presence of horses, we create a space for clients to enhance their emotional resilience, develop self-awareness, and cultivate lasting positive change.
